Simple Sincerity Selecting Spaghetti Sauce
I came across a warming memory today.
I am the only vegan in my family (by far and large). I was most definitely not raised this way. I am a very simple vegan, meaning, I will eat what is prepared out of gratefulness (even if defying my vegan-ness) for such kind efforts of the cook and refuse to be the stereotypical (unfortunately) vegan-snob.
